Nuno, a partner at the Lisbon office, is a key figure in McKinsey’s Digital practice in Iberia. He leads European initiatives in digital banking, digital sales growth, housing, insurance, and marketplace and e-commerce. Since joining McKinsey in 2014, he has collaborated closely with B2C clients to drive transformative projects across diverse industries and global regions.

Nuno has continually developed his work in digital transformations, working “side by side” with teams and client leadership to achieve growth and improvement while never losing focus on culture and the way teams work.

Devoting himself to Agile methodologies, operating model optimization, and IT governance, Nuno helps clients acheive results such as streamlined time-to-market, enhanced customer experiences, product transformations, and increased digital channel sales.

Before McKinsey, Nuno spent over six years in telecommunications, directing teams on strategic projects, financial control, operations and logistics, process reengineering, team turnaround, partnership management, technological certification, and IT solution design, negotiation, support, and implementation.
